Iringole Kavu is a famous Hindu In forest temple dedicated to Goddess Durga, situated in Kunnathunad Taluk of Ernakulam district, 2.5 km from Perumbavoor. Everyone can frequently visit this precious little forest in the middle of a highly populated area. The kavu or grove is spread over 60 acres, featuring an amazing variety flora. It holds a virgin patch of tropical rain forest. The temple is surrounded by huge trees, which are believed to be around 500 years old.
